In contrast to a large trading company, we produce your product to order. This means that we take each piece into our own hands and produce it individually for you.
So please read our production, payment and shipping procedures carefully.

In addition to the standard products, you will find many customizable solutions in our web shop. We look forward to hearing from you if you already have a specific idea that we can implement for you.
DESIGN
After ordering or request, we will produce your individual design and coordinate it with you before production.
We will advise you on the selection of the material and various possible combinations. If you are unsure, we will be happy to show you "live" material samples.
PRODUCTION
From design approval (and receipt of payment!) we need about 14-21 weeks for the production of your individual order. Standard products usually have a shorter production time of about 10 days.
Furniture & reclaimed wood products are made to order and therefore have a production time of 4-5 weeks.IMPORTANT - personalized products and individual items are considered final once the order or design has been approved and are excluded from return and exchange.
SHIPPING
Please note that our shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the product. If your order is larger than average, heavy or extensive, we will contact you immediately.
Shipping costs Standard (up to 2kg):
Austria €5.90
Germany from €9.90
International shipping - from €15.90
Large products may have different shipping costs as soon as they fall into the "bulky goods" category.
Deliveries abroad may incur customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the total price displayed.
In addition, we offer a pickup in Vienna (1090) free of shipping costs.
